BI Series - Ducted Reverse Cycle
Add On type
(indoor unit pictured)
Ducted reverse cycle systems have the capacity to run your heating and cooling all from the one system, which means one lot of ductwork and one set of outlets in each room.
There are also 'Add-On' units which are for refrigerated cooling only, these are normally added to your new or existing gas central heating system and will use the same ductwork and registers, just like the ducted reverse units. Although, it is important to note that for existing units the ductwork will most likely need to be upgraded to accomodate the refrigerated cooling.
With electric reverse or add on cooling units, you can control the temperature throughout your home whether it's winter or summer, unlike evaporative cooling units which can only lower the temperature by 10 - 15 degrees. Your windows and doors remain closed just like a refrigerator. For more information or to organise your free, no-obligation quotation please phone, email or fax us at your earliest convenience.
